We deliver exclusively to commercial customers and freelancers in the sense of §14 BGB.

After completing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order will only be considered accepted after we have sent you the order confirmation by e-mail. As a rule, this will take place no later than the next working day (not automatically).

Delivery conditions

• We ship standard by UPS Standard (other shipping methods on request)
• The shipping costs shown in the online shop Shipping costs are valid for shipping to Germany and Austria and do not apply from 250 EUR order value for deliveries up to a maximum total weight of 30 kg.
• Deliveries over 30 kg total weight are not freight-free.
• The shipping charges for the remaining foreign countries can be found on our sales hotline: +49 (0) 89 - 894 222 474.
• For cash on delivery shipments in addition to the shipping costs for all orders, also for orders that are freight paid, a cash on delivery fee of 7.50 EUR net will be charged.
• Please note that the actual shipping costs may differ from the value stated here, as insurance surcharges may apply depending on the value of the goods. Please note that in the case of partial deliveries, shipping costs must be calculated for each individual consignment. Subsequent deliveries are not free of shipping costs.

Payment options

• Pre-Payment
  You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with our bank details and a list of all required information. Please ütransfer only by means of this separate e-mail, otherwise the payment cannot be assigned.
  
• Cash on delivery (Germany and Austria only)
  In the case of COD shipments, a COD charge of EUR 7.50 net will be levied in addition to the shipping costs for all orders, including those that are carriage paid.  
• Invoice (not for new customers - subject to positive credit standing)
  Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due immediately after invoicing without any deduction.  
• Cash payment
  If you choose to pick up your order at the ALLNET collection centre in Germering, you may also pay in cash or by EC card.
