The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. We process your personal data in compliance with the EU-DSGVO, the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and all other relevant laws.
Your data will be processed according to the principles of DSGVO, Art. 5. For you, this means that processing is lawful, transparent and earmarked, the scope of the data is limited to the necessary minimum and incorrect or obsolete data is changed or deleted immediately after it becomes known.
Divisions of our group of companies perform certain data processing tasks centrally for the companies affiliated in the group. Your data may be processed centrally within the Group for purposes such as central administration of address data, customer service by telephone, contract and service processing, collection and disbursement or joint mail processing.
To fulfil our contractual and legal obligations, we make use of external service providers in some cases. Processing is carried out in accordance with the DSGVO and guarantees the protection of the rights of those affected.
Beyond that, we may transfer your personal data, if necessary, to other recipients, such as authorities to comply with statutory notification obligations, e.g. social security agencies, financial, social authorities or law enforcement agencies and courts.
If we transfer personal data to service providers outside the EU and the European Economic Area (EEA), the transfer will only take place if the third country has been confirmed an appropriate level of data protection by the EU Commission or other appropriate data protection guarantees (e.g. binding company-internal data protection regulations or EU standard contract clauses) are in place.
In ALLNET GmbH customer data is stored for the following purposes: For the sale of goods or services, for the advertising of goods or services, for the creation of a customer account, for establishing contact and for the purpose of electronic communication. The data will be stored for a specific purpose and will only be processed for the purpose for which consent has been given.
We will delete your personal data as soon as they are no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes. Personal data may be retained for the period in which claims may be asserted against our company (statutory limitation period of three or up to thirty years). In addition, we store your personal data insofar as we are legally obliged to do so. Corresponding obligations to provide evidence and to retain data arise from the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Tax Code (AO).
