The SIGLENT SDS5000X Series digital storage oscilloscopes are available in bandwidths of 1 GHz, 500 MHz and 350 MHz, have a maximum sampling rate of 5 GSa/s, a maximum recording length of 250 Mpts, and display up to 4 analog channels + 16 digital channels for mixed signal analysis.
The SDS5000X Series utilizes Siglent's SPO technology with a maximum waveform acquisition rate of up to 110,000 wfm/s (normal mode, up to 480,000 wfm/s in sequencing mode), an intensity grading display function with 256 levels, and a color temperature display mode. It also features an innovative digital trip system with high sensitivity and low jitter. The trigger system supports multiple powerful trigger modes, including serial bus triggering. History waveform recording, sequence recording, search and navigation functions enable the acquisition, storage and analysis of advanced waveform recordings. An impressive range of measurement and math functions, options for a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator and serial decoding are further features of the SDS5000X.
The large 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen with display supports multi-touch gestures and features a user-friendly one-button design for the most common functions that can significantly improve the operating efficiency of the SDS5000X. It also supports mouse and external keyboard control.

- Segmented acquisition mode (Sequence) that divides the maximum recording length into multiple segments (up to 100,000) according to user-defined trigger conditions, with a very small dead time between segments to capture the qualifying event.
