The CS1070 Power Amplifier is used to amplify the output of the two CS700A or CS701 signal generators. The 52 MHz broadband amplifier can boost 36Vpp with a continuous output current of up to 1A. The CS1070 is equipped with an internal inverting power supply to generate the negative supply. This simplifies the external supply requirements. The gain is fixed at factor 10 (20dB). The output voltage range is from ±5V to ±18V and asymmetrically to +31V, -5V for PSRR measurements up to 30V if the supply voltage rises above 20V.
